JJ Creative Canvas

James J., a middle school student, is the artist behind JJ Creative Canvas. Shortly after learning how to hold a pencil to write, JJ started using a pencil to create art. He is the illustrator of Reflective Haiku: Poems for Growing, Reflecting, & Healing the Soul. He hopes to study graphic design, cartooning, and animation in college.

In his free time, he enjoys playing his trombone and watching science fiction shows.

Shawnta S. is an educator, consultant, and writer. Mostly importantly, she is the mother of identical twin sons and wife.

In her spare time, she hosts book clubs, reads, and grows her own food.

Jermaine J. is an Enterprise Database Manager – Oracle for the State of Indiana.

In his spare time, he enjoys playing basketball and video games. He also enjoys watching action and science fiction films and anime.
